this elegant building is in a professional and residential environment We are right across the street from a beautiful huge park with walking distance to Lark Street with great food, bars, shops, museums, state capital and culture. We will always be available to answer all of your questions and or needs. We do not live at the property and are about 15 minutes away but always a text or call away.

if your stay is more then 2 days and you'd like a temporary parking permit please let us know and we will send you the steps to receive one online It's fast and easy and saves you from the 2hr restriction. Cost is $15-20 for your entire stay.
easy parking in front of the building between 8:00am-6:00pm mon-fri and after 6pm you can park all night Saturday & Sunday no restrictions apply and park out front all day. During the weekdays 8AM-6PM if you park out front you just need to move it after 2 hours.
you can also park directly across the street in the park which normally has plenty or parking At 6pm you can move it back in front of the building if you'd like but make sure to move it in the morning before the meter attendants come around.
